Your labs look “normal.”
You still don’t feel like yourself.

You’ve tried to get help, but fatigue, brain fog, or digestive problems still get in the way. We take time to understand what you’ve tried, look for useful patterns, and help you decide what to do next.

Time to be heard.

Your history, symptoms, and goals deserve more than a rushed conversation.

A deeper look.

Testing chosen to answer useful questions, with costs discussed before you decide.

Support along the way.

A provider and coach who help you turn the plan into manageable steps.

You know your body

You shouldn’t have to start from scratch.

Fatigue, brain fog, digestive trouble, and changes in weight or hormones can leave you with more questions than answers.

Bring all of your questions and what you’ve already learned. We’ll take a look at your full medical history, daily habits, symptoms, and results together.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Low energyBrain fogDigestive concernsHormone questionsStubborn weight changesUnanswered symptoms

You’ve tried different approaches, but still don’t feel well. You’re ready for a team that takes your concerns seriously and helps you understand what to do next.

The PEAK approach

Connect the dots.
Build a plan around you.

We bring medical care and practical lifestyle support together, with room to ask questions and make adjustments.

01 / Understand

Your full story matters.

We take a detailed look at your history, concerns, and goals.

02 / Explore

Testing with a purpose.

Your provider asks what a test could change about your care before recommending it. Results are clues to consider alongside your history and symptoms.

03 / Support

Support beyond the first visit.

Your provider and health coach stay involved as you put your plan into practice. We review your progress, answer questions, and adjust your care as your needs change.

What might a deeper evaluation include?

Testing depends on the questions raised by your history and symptoms. Your provider may consider digestion, thyroid or hormone function, nutrients, or metabolic health. You won’t automatically need a large panel of tests. We explain the purpose and review lab costs before anything is ordered.

Still wondering whether PEAK is right for you? That’s exactly what the first call is for.

Talk with our team
Can I be seen in person or by telemedicine?

Yes. We see patients at 148 Weisenberger Rd, Suite C in Madison, and by telemedicine anywhere in Mississippi. Most of the process can be completed remotely. Lab work can be arranged at a draw site near you; some testing may use take-home kits.

What happens on the free call?

It’s a 20-minute conversation with our team about your concerns, what you’ve tried, and what you want help with. We explain how care works and discuss costs and next steps. It is not a medical visit or a diagnosis. There is no cost or obligation to enroll.

Do I keep my regular doctor?

Yes. This Functional Medicine program focuses on the chronic concerns that brought you to us. It does not include family medicine or acute care, so keep your primary care provider for everyday needs and new, unrelated issues.

Is the program covered by insurance?

PEAK is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. Membership and lab costs are discussed with you so you can make an informed decision.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Eligibility depends on your specific plan. Check with your plan administrator about whether program fees and lab work qualify.

How long does care take?

Everyone’s situation is different. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations based on your history, testing, and goals. Care is adjusted over time rather than built around a guaranteed timeline or outcome.

Can I cancel after the first four months?

Yes. After the initial four-month commitment, membership continues month to month and you may cancel anytime.

Book a free Strategic Health Call 20 minutes · No cost · No obligation to join

Start with a free conversation about your concerns, how care works, and what it costs. No obligation to enroll.

Prefer to start with a visit instead of a call?

You can book a full initial visit with Allison for $299, with no commitment beyond that appointment.

She reviews your history and symptoms and discusses what may need a closer look. You won’t leave with test results or a completed treatment plan; appropriate testing and follow-up come next.

If you continue into the program, the $299 becomes your enrollment fee. You don’t pay it twice.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You still feel unwell, even though routine results haven’t explained why.

  • You’ve tried treatments, diets, or supplements and aren’t sure what to do next.

  • You want someone to review the whole picture and take your concerns seriously.

  • You need a practical plan, with clear priorities and costs.

Let’s make sense of what you’ve already tried.

It’s hard to keep looking for help when you’re already tired. You don’t need another long list of things to try on your own.

We begin with your history, current concerns, daily habits, and previous results. Then we decide what needs a closer look and what you can start working on now.

The goal is a clearer understanding of your options and a plan you can actually follow.

Testing with a purpose

More tests aren’t automatically better. Allison recommends testing when it can help answer a question or guide your next step.

Depending on your history, that may include digestion, thyroid or hormone function, nutrients, inflammation, or metabolic health.

Results are clues to interpret alongside your symptoms. We explain the purpose and review lab costs before ordering.

Build the plan around what matters to you.

Maybe you want energy for your workday, more comfortable digestion, or enough stamina to enjoy time with your family. Those goals help guide the plan.

Your provider and coach help you choose what comes first, check your response, and make adjustments. Progress looks different for each person.

Dr. Buddy Touchinsky, DC, CFMP

Founder and CEO, has been serving the community of Orwigsburg professionally and personally through local leadership roles for 15 years.

Dr. Touchinsky is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner with a focus on creative solutions and innovative methods to help people solve their problems and maximize their health. It was in his chiropractic practice that missing links within the full health of an individual became apparent.

Many of the patients he treated were dealing with issues caused by poor diet, lack of exercise, inadequate sleep, and other lifestyle-related factors that the traditional healthcare system was not addressing. This led Dr. Touchinsky to study and become certified in functional medicine and to develop a team of like-minded practitioners that are with us today.
